Her collegiate career at the University of San Diego saw her finish as the #1 singles player and top 40 nationally in Division I.

Desi, too, has a rich tennis history. After college, he competed in open and pro tournaments, reaching as high as #3 in So Cal in Men's Open Singles. He earned a scholarship to Temple University, leading his team to its first conference championship in tennis and earning MVP honors. Before coaching, Desi played collegiately at Pierce CC under the guidance of Paul Xanthos.

As coaches, Dina and Desi have worked with numerous junior players, helping them earn college scholarships and achieve their goals.
